Hi, I'm Jessie Stachowiak, Founder and Principal of Bontop Marketing & Design.

For more than 15 years, I've helped organizations strengthen their brands, clarify their messaging, and build marketing strategies that support meaningful business growth. My experience spans healthcare, architecture, construction, technology, professional services, and mission-driven organizations, giving me the ability to quickly understand complex businesses and turn that complexity into clear, actionable marketing strategies.

Before launching Bontop, I led marketing and brand initiatives inside growing organizations, partnering with executive teams to navigate change, build stronger brands, and create marketing that delivered measurable results.

Today, I bring that same executive-level perspective to my clients as a Fractional Marketing Leader.
